About the Service

Who may avail the service?

 

The connection will not be made until it is approved and all charges are paid

All bona fide residents of Cabiao

Must be 18 years of age

For residential connection, at least the head of the family shall apply for service connection

What are the requirements?

 

Barangay Certificate of Residency

Any one (1) copy of the following and bring the original copy for authentication:

 

Billing Statement

Lot Title

Driver’s License

Passport

Company ID

Voter’s ID

GSIS ID

PRC Card

Birth or Marriage Certificate

Any other proof of residency acceptable to CWD

Any valid ID acceptable to CWD

Additional Requirements for Commercial Class:

Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit/DTI Permit

Lease or Rental Contract and Lot Title of Owner of Building

 

Note:

All ID’s should bear signature, picture and exact address in apartments, installs and other rentals, the owner shall apply for service connections and not its tenants.

PAYMENT OF WATER BILL AND OTHER CHARGES

 

About the Service

Who may avail the service?

Pay your water bill on or before 15th day of date billed.  Your water bill have 3% penalty charge upon non-payment of due amount after the due date, likewise, an additional 2% of franchise tax shall be added to your total gross water receipts.  Non-payment on 35th calendar day from the date billed will cause disconnection of your water service connection.

 

Other charges such as Reconnection fee, Calibration Fee, Transfer/Relocation and other charges shall be assessed first by the Commercial Section before the payment

All concessionaires of CABIAO WATER DISTRICT.

What are the requirements?

 

Water bill and cash/check payment  (Php) payment Post-dated checks is not acceptable by the CWD

Promissory Note if on installment basis

Statement of account if there is no water bill to present

Assessed amount from the Commercial Section in case of other charges

Who may avail the service?

Change name allowed by the CWD if and only if there is a letter of endorsement of rights provided by the owner, a waiver from the owner that he has nothing to claim against the Water District.

Change Name fee = Php 1,000.00
